Our tile had not been cleaned in years. We have two dogs (who are not well potty trained). Arizona Tile and Stone Specialists got our tile looking brand new. The AZ Tile team were very meticulous to get all of the stains off of the grout – even in the hard to reach places. They helped me pick the perfect color seal, which cleaned up the overall look of the entire floor. I encouraged my daughter to call Arizona Tile and Stone Specialists and she was extremely satisfied with their work.

The Arizona Tile & Stone team did a great job! I didn’t know my tile could look so clean! Our back door leads to my kitchen area and as a result the grout and tile gets filthy. We also have dogs and between the outside and them it isn’t pretty! The team showed up on time and was able to complete the job around a tight holiday schedule. My floors looked almost new! I’d highly recommend Arizona Tile and Stone Specialists to anyone who needs a quality clean.

Just bought a home with tiled floors (grout literally black with 13 years of hard traffic). Same day service, best price, friendly and efficient team. Seriously. These guys (Brian at the house…with support from the team at the office) made this a painless and seamless experience. My black grout is now beige and sealed. Wife says “looks and feels like new”.
