Alison Claerhout – Owner & CEO
A Michigan native, Alison moved to Arizona in 2018 and purchased Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist in January 2019. With a background in business and marketing, Alison saw huge potential in the company; she invested in equipment upgrades, experienced leadership, and employee training to develop a solid customer experience program from start to finish. Investing in the community, with time and resources, is also very important to her. Alison and her company are active members in multiple business and community groups. In her free time, Alison enjoys volunteering for several different non-profit organizations with her husband and young daughter.
Mike Green
Operations Manager
Mike Green – Operations Manager
Mike began in the natural stone fabrication and restoration industry in 1997. Building and later selling several successful fabrication companies of his own, Mike joined the Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist team in 2019 to oversee estimating and training.
You’ll often see Mike stopping by jobs to ensure our quality of work exceeds expectations, and he’s happy to share his knowledge on best practices to care for your tile or natural stone in the future.
